Choc Berry Gut Booster Smoothie

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup probiotic kefir or yoghurt
  • 3 cups mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 4 dates
  • 1/4 cup Super Barley Toasted Flakes

Method:

  1. Add milk, plus kefir or yoghurt, plus berries, cacao and dates to a blender.
  2. Blitz until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle with Super Barley for a delicious crunch!
