ELEVATE FOOD CO. SHIPPING POLICY.
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there are any delays, for example, due to a high volume of orders, stock availability or shipping delays, we will endeavour to notify you in a timely manner via email.
SHIPPING RATES: DOMESTIC
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, our shipping partner does not provide insurance.
SHIPPING RATES: INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. Any orders deemed to be received from an international market will be cancelled.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders to be able to be processed.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@elevatefoodco.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We will do our utmost to ensure that the products you order from our Site are delivered to you in a satisfactory condition. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your product if you have received the incorrect product or if you have received a damaged product.
