Super Barley Super Food Bowl

  • Makes ~10 serves

Ingredients

  • 30g BARLEYMAX Super Barley Toasted Flakes
  • 40g protein powder
  • 50g protein yoghurt
  • 10g seed mix - hemp, flaxseed, chia seed, pepitas and sunflower seeds
  • 5-10g cacao nibs or crushed dark chocolate
  • 100g blueberries

Method:

  1. Combine BARLEYMAX Super Barley Toasted Flakes, protein powder, yoghurt and seeds.
  2. Add water or milk of your choice to mix ingredients together to your desired consistency (and note, the mixture will absorb more liquid as it sits). 
  3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or overnight, then top with cacao nibs and berries, and enjoy!
