No Bake Protein Balls

  • Makes ~10 serves

Ingredients

  • 1 cup BARLEYMAX Toasted Super Barley Flakes
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla, chocolate or caramel work well)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Method:

1. Add Super Barley Flakes, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chia seeds to a small bowl, and mix until a sticky dough forms. 

2. Chill mixture for 15 minutes.

3. Scoop into bite sized balls using a tablespoon, roll in desiccated coconut and enjoy! 

Makes 8 balls.
