Brownie Balls

Brownie Balls

  • Makes ~8 balls

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Super Barley flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted

Method:

1) Add the Super Barley flakes to a blender or food processor, and blend until finely ground.

2) Add the remaining ingredients, except the melted chocolate. Blend again until smoothi - add a splash of water if necessary to bring the mixture together.

3) Roll the mixture into balls (you should be able to make about 8).

4) Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with sea salt and Super Barley flakes.

5) Refrigerate until set.

6) Enjoy!
