Gut Loving Crunchy Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup BARLEYMAX Super Barley Toasted Flakes
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced).

2. Add BARLEYMAX® Super Barley Flakes, nuts, dried fruit, honey and coconut to a medium sized bowl, and mix well to combine.

3. Press firmly onto a lined baking tray, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Let cool (clusters will deepen in colour, and become extra crunchy).

4. Serve with yoghurt and enjoy!

Can be stored in an airtight container for up to two months.
