Super Barley Chocolate Clusters

  • Makes ~15 clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Super Barley Toasted Flakes
  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate melts

Method:

1) Add chocolate melts and tahini to a glass bowl. Microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. 

2) Add Super Barley Toasted Flakes, puffed quinoa and sunflower seeds. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.

3) Spoon tablespoon sized clusters onto a lined baking tray and lightly press to hold their shape.

4) Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until set & enjoy.
