I’ve been having toasted super barely on my oats. Sometimes I forget and have them like a dry snack in a bowl. Yet to use the original in some cooking. Love the toasted ones. Going to be part of my daily go to.
Advised by a dietician to include beta glucan in my diet, this has been a really easy (and tasty) way to achieve that goal.

Love this product. Mainly use it sprinkled over oats/nuts/seeds/goji berries and fine coconut slices with chopped pink lady apple and lactose free yoghurt/milk. Some times sprinkled over mango/avocado salad with loads of finely chopped coriander stalks and leaves, plus chopped spring onions and a rice vinegar, mirin, lime zest and lime juice/olive oil dressing.
