Banana & Choc Chip Super Barley Bars

  • Makes ~16 serves

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup BARLEYMAX Super Barley flakes
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C FF). Line a 8 x 8 inch pan with baking paper.
  2. Add banana, Super Barley Flakes, rolled oats, natural peanut butter and half the choc chips to a medium bowl and mix well until combined.
  3. Press mixture into the lined pan and top with extra choc chips. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool, before cutting into 16 bars, or your desired size & enjoy!
